Are you ready for a FUN game? BEJEWELED Frenzy is easily a new family favorite!
This game is intended for 2-4 players (over the age of 8). The objective is to get the most points by building the tallest stack of collapsed cards. To set up the game, you first need to know how many players are going to play. Each player will receive one card (faceup). This card is the beginning of their chain. The remainder of the cards will be distributed evenly into the game case.
The dealer goes first by picking up a card from the game case. You will want to choose the card that matches your current card.
The first person to collapse 3 cards will receive a Boost Gem... which gives you 5 extra points!
Take turns with the other players taking cards from the game case. Each turn you are trying to build your stack of collapsed cards (match 3 gems).
Once you have collapsed 3 cards into one pile, the top card is still in play. Keep it in your card chain. You cannot have any gasps in your chain.
When you run out of cards in the game case, then it's time to declare a winner! Each player needs to score their tallest stack. You get 1 point for each card. You get 5 extra points for each Boost Gem you have collected throughout the game. The person with the most points wins!
